TNG Property Maintenance Services Rates
Emergency Call Outs
Our charges start at a minimum of one hour. Henceforth, you are charged in one half hour increments. Our rates exclude material cost.
We do not charge our customers for parking cost, congestion rate, or travelling time. On all our invoices, we will provide a detailed breakdown of the materials being used.

Our prices cover the highest craftsmanship standard, and we will tailor our prices to your needs accordingly. Therefore, ask us for more affordable alternatives from companies recommended by us. We won’t match lower quotes, but we may help you find a suitable alternative in the construction business.
TNG Services labour and any construction installations are guaranteed for 12 months, and all material is covered by a manufactures warranty period.
